What happened
Operator brought a coil over from warehouse to the rework area to fix a broken Od band. When the operator threw the band then went to bend the tail of the banding to cut it. He felt a pop in his left elbow and has sharp pain isolating in his elbow. I called [REDACTED] over to look at his elbow [REDACTED] didn’t want to leave to have it looked at.
