Break apart a die
What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a press employee was attempting to break a die apart using the die knock apart press and was unsuccessful. Employee than moved the die from the press placed it face down on the table using the brass hammer attempted to break die free from the ring. As he was swinging their hand slipped and was caught between the handle of the hammer and the back of die. Employee was in rule base mode with error trap of overconfidence.
