29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: On 06/07/2012, the employer did not ensure that containers were labeled, tagged or marked with the identity and/or the appropriate hazard warnings for containers of: a) Waste oil located by the backside of Press #66. b) Solvent wash located in the area adjacent to Press #66 c) Detergent in a spray bottle located in the Press #66 operator's area. d) Darking solution located on a moveable cart. e) Bath of corrosive solution located in the Plating Room. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
