29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace which includes a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards: (a) DCP Midstream, LP at 13675 Weld Cty. Rd. 34, Platteville, CO: On and before 2/11/14, the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard in the workplace to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of benzene to which employees may be exposed. The employer did not accurately determine employee exposure during operations such as, but not limited to, inlet filter change, pig receiving, and general operations and maintenance. This condition potentially exposed employees to a respiratory hazard associated with benzene exposure.
