Clarion Boards, Forming Building/Hallway Along Press Enclosures: On or about 1/8/15, combustible dust had accumulated on objects above the floor. These objects included but were not limited to pipes and duct work. B.) Clarion Boards, Forming Building/Area between Press Lines and Storage: On or about 1/8/15, combustible dust had accumulated on objects above the floor. These objects included but were not limited to beams, an eye wash, and piping for the Zone 5 System.
