The Lima Stucco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1050189 citation 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 19310 Gulf Blvd. Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, sturcure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used.  Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  (a)  At the site - employees were climbing the scaffold components of the tubular welded frame scaffold to access the work platform, on or about 03/15/2016.  The Lima Stucco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 10111707, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/27/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 217 W. Belt Ave. Bushnell, FL 33513.  The Lima Stucco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1050189, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 19310 Gulf Blvd. Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785.
