29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: Auto Motive Shop, Grant Grove, Kings Canyon, 07/12/2016: A dry chemical fire extinguisher (Amerex ABC type) had not received its annual maintenance check since May 2015. The U.S. National Park service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 913225, notice number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/12/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Grant Grove, 83715 Park road, Kings Canyon, CA. 93633 .

Auto Motive Shop, Grant Grove, Kings Canyon, 07/12/2016: Two fire extinguishers were not mounted on the hooks provided. The fire extinguishers were placed on the floor throughout the facility.
