No Fall protection system was being utilized. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

There were 4 support ladders and 3 aluminum pics. Each end of the center aluminum pic overlapped (bridged) a different pic by about 3 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
