29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Scaffold platforms were bridged on to another:  a) On or about 07/08/19, on a roofing job site, at a house at 80 Delham Ave., Buffalo, NY:  One employee of the crew was working from ladder jack scaffolding consisting of 3 support ladders, one approx. 20 ft. long aluminum pik, and two shorter approx. 12 ft. long aluminum piks, that were erected on the left side of the house. One of the short piks bridged the gap between the end of the long pik and the end of the other short pik. The piks were approx. 18 ft. above the ground.  NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED         Ackmen Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1302938, citation number 2, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/18/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 446 Ashland Avenue, Buffalo, NY  14222.
