Two employees were on the aluminum pik of that scaffold while installing a fascia. The employees were exposed to a fall of approx. 18 ft. because no fall protection was being utilized.     NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED       Ackmen Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1346658, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/22/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 901 South Park Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14210.
