(c) Materials Center, Coater Line CO-6/4614: Employees were exposed to machine hazards associated moving machine parts and in-going nip points while they changed out rollers on the machine, on or about 9/26/2019.     (d) Materials Center, Coater Line CO-6/4614: Employees had the potential to be exposed to machine hazards associated with moving machine parts and in-going nip points while they unjammed sheets of metal, on or about 10/4/2019.
