29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1):(1) Walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition. Employees were exposed to fall hazards when the employer had not conducted regular inspections of their walking-working surfaces which would have revealed conditions that rendered those walking-working surfaces unsafe for use by employees.

On or about October 21, 2020, the three-legged, alloy steel chain sling being used to affix the Walker Magnet to the hook of the crane in the north charge yard did not have an affixed tag or marker with identification information.
