No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.502(f)(4): Mechanical equipment on roofs was used or stored in areas where employees were not protected by a warning line system, guardrail system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about October 12, 2021, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 27 feet while operating mechanical equipment at and along the roof edge without the benefit of fall protection. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
