29 CFR  1910.178(n)(4):Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view:    131 West Main St. Orange, MA:  On October 26, 2021 and at times prior,  powered industrial trucks (PIT) were operated with pallets partially obstructing the forward view.  On October 26, 2021, a PIT traveling forward with a pallet on the forks struck and injured another employee who was kneeling down out of view.
