29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided:  a) At the Ammo Paint Room area: On or about 04/05/2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to slip/trip/fall hazards, in that standing and running water was on the walking working surface on A and B Lines.

29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use  a) At the Ammo Paint Room area: On or about 04/05/2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to eye burns/injuries in that an eyewash was not in the immediate work area for employees who worked with corrosive chemicals (PH 100 and Perma-Gard 3028)

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:  a) At the Ammo Paint Room area: On or about 04/05/2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that an open chemical tank containing PH 100, a corrosive paint stripper, was not labeled.
