The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided: a) At the Ammo Paint Room area: On or about 04/05/2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to slip/trip/fall hazards, in that standing and running water was on the walking working surface on A and B Lines.
