29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed: a. 859 Communipaw Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07097 An employee used a 6-ft. fiberglass step ladder to install Holdown on the ceiling of the framing of a residential building under construction. The ladder was being used as a straight ladder, which was not its intended purpose. Violation observed on 02-29-2024
