29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a - Front, Pitched Porch Roof, 2461 Whitesville Road, Toms River NJ:  Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 7 inches, when walking and working  from a residential structure's pitched porch roof without fall protection. Condition noted  on or about 11/13/24.  New Future Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1733471, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 3, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 25 Charlotte Court, Evesham NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
