29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(16): Portable ladders with structural defects, such as, but not limited to, broken or missing rungs, cleats, or steps, broken or split rails, corroded components, or other faulty or defective components, were not either immediately marked in a manner that readily identifies them as defective, or tagged with "Do Not Use" or similar language, and were not withdrawn from service until repaired.   a- 2020 Old Trenton Road, Building 33, West Windsor NJ:  Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 22 feet 3 inches to the ground's surface below, when accessing and egressing a residential structure's pitched roofs from an aluminum extension ladder containing bent rungs. Condition observed on or about 07/02/24.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- 2020 Old Trenton Road, Building 33, West Windsor NJ: On or about 07/02/24 a worker and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards while wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchors with lanyards or other approved means while walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roof. As such, they were exposed to falls in excess of 22 feet 3 inches to the ground surface below.  New Future Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1713549, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/03/24, with respect to a workplace located at Building 2, Meridian Walk at Princeton in West Windsor NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
