The employee was fastening exterior wood sheeting to the new building under construction without guardrail or personal fall arrest system(s) in use; exposed to hazard of falling 19 feet. Operator(s) of powered industrial trucks, including the JLG Skytrak Telehandler 8042, were not trained and evaluated in their safe operation. Hazardous condition(s) were observed on or about October 31, 2024.

This condition exposed employee(s) to fall hazards. Hazards observed on or about October 31, 2024. The New Future Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1713549, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-03-2024, with respect to a workplace located at Building 2 Meridian Walk at Princeton Development West Windsor, NJ 08550.
