29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 25 Charlotte Court, Evesham NJ: On or about 03/08/24 a worker performing siding installation and other related activities from a residential structure's pitched porch roof was exposed to fall hazards, approximately 13 feet 3 inches from the ground surface below, while wearing a full body harness that was not attached to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means.
