Exiting personal vehicle at [REDACTED]

On the morning of [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] employee was reporting to [REDACTED] 5-1 for an operations meeting and parked his vehicle in the front parking lot next to other responders. Upon attempting to exit his vehicle his right foot was planted on the ground which slipped while his left foot was still on the running board of his vehicle. The slipping caused employee to fall to the ground with his left leg folding under him.
