This was his first pick while picking cases on double-walkee

[REDACTED] [REDACTED] we had a TM who felt a sharp pain in his lower left-side of his back and groin area. TM claims he felt this pain about an hour prior to reporting this incident. TM states the injury occurred as he leaned over to grab a case from an A level location in [REDACTED] as he was picking on a walkie rider. TM stepped onto the pallet within his pick location with his right foot while attempting to retrieve the case on the bottom of the pallet and felt a sudden pain as he reached over to grab the case. [REDACTED] was called and TM was sent to the clinic for further review. Will follow up with TM [REDACTED] regarding his status and accommodations.
