Team member stated that on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at around his lunch time at [REDACTED] he was palletizing a heavy water case onto a pallet for carrier [REDACTED] when he thinks he pulled a muscle. Team member stated that the pain was coming in between the scapula and the spine. Team members stated that he was using proper handling techniques when lifting the case. Team member was taken to the care room in which he was given an ice pack . Team member also choose to some take someAleve for the pain. Team member decline medical treatment and choose to go home and rest.
