Moving boxes from conveyor onto pallet

[REDACTED] at [REDACTED] team member approached me and stated that she had hurt left hand ring finger. Team member stated that at [REDACTED] she was working on [REDACTED] and that she was grabbing and lifting 2 small boxes when one of the boxes slipped from her hand when her left ring finger bent and the box landed on top of her finger. Team member stated that her finger felt warm. Team member was able to move finger but she stated that she felt pain while moving it. Team member was taken to the care room where she was given an ice pack to apply to the finger. Team member took pain medication ibuprofen.
