Team member was attempting to grab another pallet on the dock using his walkee driving forks first on Spur 4B when he attempted tothrottle the walkee he then plugged the walkee and lost control. As TM lost control TM was pinned between their PIT equipment and the conveyor next to them causing injury to their left leg.
