TM was picking a case from pallet that had a board sticking out of it with nails sticking out

[REDACTED] around [REDACTED] I had a TM report to me that they had stepped on a nail while picking a case from location [REDACTED]. TM states they stepped off their walkie and ended up stepping on a board that had multiple nails sticking out. The TM states the nail went through her shoe and penetrated through her skin on her left foot. TM states she went to go clean her foot with alcohol wipes and did have some a small amount of blood. The TM was concerned how dirty the nail was and wanted to call [REDACTED] for further assistance with first aid. TM was sent to the clinic.
