[REDACTED] at [REDACTED] my TM informed me that she feels pain in her left shoulder blade she stated that she feels like she overworked herself yesterday while working in repack packing and she felt a pop in her shoulder blade but continued to work for the remainder of her shift. TM was given a hot pack and rested for approximately 20 minutes. TM stated that her shoulder is still in a lot of pain. TM had a previous incident on [REDACTED] FY24-04471 for the same body part. TM waived medical treatment today went home to rest with extra hot packs.
