Before the incident
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] we had an incident occur where a TM states he strained a muscle in his left shoulder as he was picking. TM states that he as he reached out to grab the item he extended his arm too far. TM states that after the incident occurred he began to start feeling a stiffness in his muscle. TM continued to pick and attempted to stretch out the muscle however the pain did not go away. TM then reported the incident to a supervisor. [REDACTED] was called and TM was instructed to self-care and was sent home for the day. Will follow up with TM before their shift start [REDACTED].
