An employee and four-person crew were transporting 40-foot wooden utility poles that were stacked in a pile. The employees were working to roll the poles from the top of the pile down to the ground in order to load them onto a digger truck. While pushing the top poles, the pile shifted, and the poles rolled onto the injured employee's left leg. The employee suffered a fractured leg.
