Team member stated on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] he was picking up a box he claimed was a Surgical pack the box dragged his left arm down and immediately felt pain. Team member decided not to report this to any supervisor and felt he could push thru the rest of his shift. Team member finished his shift and returned to work the next day [REDACTED] and worked 1.5 hrs. of his shift and informed lead he was unable to finish his day and needed to leave to seek medical attention.
