TM stepped left foot up on first rung of tractor ladder with 3 points of contact began raising up right leg when a pop happened in right knee. TM felt pain took [REDACTED] and took a break. Pain subsided and thought it was ok. Reported to lead on duty but thought rest would be good enough. Woke up next day and TM cannot put weight on right knee.
