Before the incident
At approximately [REDACTED] TM started to feel lower back pain tingling down legs. TM tried to work through the pain but the tingling sensation down the legs continued and TM stated it was hard to continue to work through. TM reported to manager onsite [REDACTED] and went to the care room for first aid treatment where they were provided an ice pack followed that by biofreeze on their lower back. During the investigation the TM reflected back on that they were performing the decase function at MT07 on the LUM dock around the first few hours of their shift and were lifting heavy cases of baxters along with other items the team was decasing. TM believes that the lifting of the heavy cases started to inflame the back which potentially led to the tingling sensation as well as an over heating of their body check TM temp.- 98.8.
