Before the incident
On [REDACTED] TM reported that around [REDACTED] they were walking up the stairs coming from [REDACTED] picking area to [REDACTED] packing area near the [REDACTED]. TM tripped on second step and fell forward hitting their left knee on the top step. [REDACTED] the accident happened TM was taken downstairs to the main office and ice pack was applied to the left knee as first aid. After TM filled out statement form TM said pain was getting worse and decided to seek medical attention. [REDACTED] was called and TM was sent to be seen by at nearby urgent care clinic.
