What happened
Team Member stated that he was working up in [REDACTED] destaging a pallet. As he was moving boxes off of the pallet and lifting them there was a sharp pain that came from his lower back causing him to stop and go seek help. When he got to the desk the pain grew worse and then to the point where it got harder to take steps. Then he told his Lead [REDACTED] at the desk what happened and then he called their supervisor [REDACTED].
