Before the incident
The cardboard conveyor was clogged a box fell and TM raised his hand to protect himself. The box hit his wrist causing injury. [REDACTED] while cutting open boxes he noticed his right wrist was in some pain. It went away for a minute but then by the day the pain increased. TM went home and rested. he returned to work and attempted to do his job duties but his wrist was in too much pain. TM did not report this incident to a supervisor on the day of injury.
