TM was palletizing and adjusting pallet.

TM was working on upstacking a pallet by Door 10 with 3 other TM 's also helping to build the pallet. A box fell from the pallet and hit him on the back of the head about 2-3 ft drop - item B-D383539 [REDACTED]. TM had a knot on the back of his head. Was reported to Supervisor about 10 mins after the incident. TM sent to break room and given an ice pack. [REDACTED] of intermittent icing and taking aspirin TM was still experiencing migraine symptoms and had thrown up. MedCor was called and TM advised to seek medical attention ASAP. Concern over TM driving so ride was called.
